TRAINING TERMS

PROGRAM CLARIFICATIONS
Last updated: May 2026

Our training program exists to raise the standard of the craft, not to sell a shortcut. These terms set honest expectations for what we teach, what you own, and what you are responsible for as a student.

1. A LIVING CURRICULUM

The Inkspace training program evolves with the craft. Modules, schedules, mentors, and supporting materials may be updated over time to reflect new techniques, safety standards, and studio practice. Students are notified of meaningful changes in advance.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT

Training at Inkspace is a foundation, not a hiring pipeline. Completion of the program does not guarantee a job, apprenticeship, or paid placement at Inkspace or any partner studio. Career outcomes depend on individual skill, portfolio, work ethic, and the wider market.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All curriculum content — written materials, video lessons, reference packs, internal guides, and proprietary techniques — remains the intellectual property of Inkspace Tattoo Studio. Materials are licensed to enrolled students for personal learning only and may not be redistributed, resold, or republished without written permission.

4. SAFE PRACTICE

Students are responsible for practicing safely. This includes maintaining hygiene, using single-use needles, following sterilisation protocols, working only on consenting practice subjects, and never tattooing outside the supervised environment until you are genuinely ready. We teach the standard — upholding it is on you.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation conditions are shared in the enrolment agreement and depend on the specific program tier and timing of cancellation. As a general principle, fees paid for completed or in-progress modules are non-refundable; unused module fees may be partially refundable subject to the enrolment terms.

6. CERTIFICATION LANGUAGE

Inkspace issues a Certificate of Completion to students who finish the program in good standing. This certificate reflects participation and demonstrated skill within our curriculum. It is not a government licence, medical credential, or industry-wide accreditation, and should never be represented as such.

7. CONDUCT

We expect mutual respect inside the studio — toward mentors, fellow students, models, and the craft. Behaviour that compromises safety, dignity, or the learning environment may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. QUESTIONS

Talk to us before enrolling. We would rather answer ten questions now than have one surprise later. inkspacetattoo@gmail.com +91 9711 361 010
