SPACE MAGIC PROGRAM
Space Magic is not a loyalty program. It is our way of recognising the people who believe in what we do and help the circle grow.
Every person who refers a friend to Inkspace is not a promoter. They are a believer. And believers deserve recognition.
1. WHAT IS SPACE MAGIC
Space Magic is a recognition reward offered by Inkspace Tattoo Studio. Space Magic has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money under any circumstances.
2. EARNING SPACE MAGIC
400 Space Magic is awarded when a person you referred completes a paid tattoo session at Inkspace Tattoo Studio. Maximum account balance: 2,000 Space Magic. Once the cap is reached no additional Space Magic can be earned until existing Magic is redeemed.
3. REDEEMING SPACE MAGIC
Space Magic can only be redeemed as a discount on bookings of ₹3,000 or above at Inkspace Tattoo Studio, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi. 1 Space Magic = ₹1 discount. Space Magic cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
4. EXPIRY
Space Magic expires 90 days from the date it is awarded. Expired Space Magic cannot be reinstated.
5. PASSING THE MAGIC
Space Magic may be transferred to another registered member only within the final 14 days before expiry. Maximum one transfer per expiry cycle. Transferred Space Magic retains its original expiry date.
6. FRAUD PREVENTION
Self-referrals are not permitted. Any fraudulent activity will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all Space Magic.
7. PROGRAM CHANGES
Inkspace Tattoo Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the Space Magic program with 30 days notice.
8. NO MONETARY VALUE
Space Magic does not constitute a financial instrument or currency of any kind. It is a conditional discount mechanism.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in New Delhi.
