Inkspace Tattoo Studio is a professional, appointment-based tattoo studio in New Delhi. These terms describe how booking, deposits, gift coupons, consent, and aftercare work — written plainly so there are no surprises before you sit in the chair.
1. ABOUT THIS STUDIO
Inkspace Tattoo Studio is a professional, appointment-based tattoo studio located at 13-A, 1st Floor, Space Gully, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi 110016. We provide custom tattoo design, consultation, application and aftercare guidance as a service. We are not an e-commerce store; nothing on this site is sold as a physical product except clearly marked studio merchandise and gift coupons.
2. BOOKINGS ARE APPOINTMENT-BASED
Every session begins with a consultation and a confirmed appointment slot. Walk-ins are accepted only when an artist is available; we cannot guarantee same-day work. Submitting a booking request on this site is a request, not a confirmation. Your slot is held only after we reply and your deposit is received.
3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposits are taken to reserve the artist's time and room. They are processed securely via Razorpay. A deposit is not a product purchase — it is an advance against your tattoo session, adjusted against the final session cost on the day. 4. GIFT COUPONS
Gift coupons sold on this site are vouchers redeemable against a tattoo session at our studio. They are issued in your name and the recipient's name, valid for the duration printed on the coupon, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
5. CONSENT, AGE & FITNESS TO BE TATTOOED
You must be 18 or over to be tattooed at Inkspace. A signed consent form is required before any session. We may refuse or end a session if a client is intoxicated, pregnant, unwell, on certain medications, or otherwise not medically fit to be tattooed safely. This is for your protection and the integrity of the work.
6. HYGIENE & SAFETY STANDARDS
We follow professional studio hygiene standards: single-use needles and cartridges, autoclaved equipment, fresh barrier film and gloves per client, and dedicated private rooms. We do not reuse ink caps, needles, or tubes between clients.
7. CUSTOM DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Designs created by our artists for you remain the artistic property of the studio and the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain the right to wear the tattoo permanently. Photographs of finished work may be used in our portfolio, on Instagram, and on this website unless you ask us in writing not to use them.
8. AFTERCARE & HEALING
Healing depends on your skin, your aftercare routine, and your lifestyle. We provide written and verbal aftercare guidance and follow-up support. Detailed expectations are documented in our Healing Disclaimer.
9. WEBSITE USE
This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or misuse our forms or payment flows. We may update site content, pricing, availability, or these terms at any time without notice.
10. PRIVACY & DATA

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Inkspace Tattoo Studio's liability for any claim related to your visit, your booking, or your tattoo is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
