AGE POLICY
A tattoo is a lifelong decision. Our age policy exists to make sure every person walking out of Inkspace did so with full clarity, full consent, and full ownership of the choice.
1. 18+ STUDIO
Inkspace tattoos clients who are 18 years of age or older. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstance — parental consent does not change this.
2. VALID ID
We may request a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) before your session. If you cannot produce ID on the day, we may need to reschedule.
3. CONSULTATION FIRST
Some pieces — large work, cover-ups, sensitive placements, or complex concepts — require a short consultation before we confirm a booking. This protects both your skin and the integrity of the artwork.
4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Inkspace reserves the right to politely decline any tattoo request we feel is unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with our studio values. We will always explain our reasoning and, where possible, suggest a respectful alternative.
5. SOBRIETY POLICY
We do not tattoo clients who appear intoxicated or under the influence of substances. This is for your safety, your healing, and the quality of the final piece. Sessions in this state will be rescheduled.
6. WELLNESS
Please come well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a proper meal. If you are unwell or running a fever, message us and we will move your slot at no cost.
